RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We believe our products must live up to your expectations. If for any reason you need to return your order, you should consider it because of the huge shipping fees! So before making a purchase, you should carefully consult the necessary information! All returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
All returns or exchanges need to be strictly in accordance with the below rules:
1, Product return and exchange conditions
Customers have the right to exchange and return products in the following cases:
The product is not correct as the demo image and article
The product is damaged due to manufacturer’s fault
In addition, returns must meet the following conditions:
Product purchased by an end user customer
Products must be returned within 02 days since customers receive the goods.
2, Return policy
If the products are not correct as the picture and article introduction, or the product is damaged due to the manufacturer’s fault, the customer will be returned and 100% refund.
For items that are not damaged, customers want to return them because they have changed their mind about purchasing. We do not accept returns for these products.

Refund forms include:
Bank transfer method
Direct cash refunds to customers.
5, Processing time
Maximum 02 days from the date that FoBIRD.com accepts product exchange or refund
6, The cost of the courier paid
If the customer brings the product to the FoBIRD.com booth for direct exchange, the customer does not need to pay the freight.
In case customers pay by courier method, customers should pay all delivery costs incurred.
